Northfield (Bunbury Rd) Dental Surgery

Definately a recommendation, was seen by Zainab today, a lovely dentist on the Bunbury rd in Northfield, made me feel at ease from the minute I walked in, explained everything fully and clearly, I'm so happy I choose these guys for my cracked tooth :-)

Excellent service and my treatment was amazing.

i had an extraction and 3 fillings today and can say that the treatment and care i received from the dentist and her assistant was above and beyond ,and i am very happy with there service thankyou to them both .

Have just been to this practice this morning as an emergency patient,they were absolutely fantastic,friendly and so understanding of how nervous I was,literally shaking,there was a fox in the garden so we stopped for a minute to help me calm down,you were all absolutely fantastic and I really can't thank you all enough

Had a filling booked today. Everyone was so nice and polite I felt really comfortable! Maria did an amazing job with the filling and was so professional. Camilla calmed me down when the pain was getting too much 😅 . Amazing service all round!

Another Filling and clean up today with a first class team 👍🏻 no pain stress or problems at all and I would certainly recommend this practice to anyone especially considering it's been my dentist for over 40 years 🌟

Brilliant dental practice, been coming here for years and always get 5* service.

I am a very nervous patient, this lovely practise put me at ease when i walked through the door. I was greeted at reception by smiling faces who reassured me that I will be fine. When I arrived in the room the dentist and nurse also greeted me with smiling faces and calmed me down. The dentist was gentle with me when she was checking my teeth. The dentist and nurse took their time with me and didn't rush me out the room. The surgery was kept clean and upto covid-19 standard (another thing i was nervous about was the hygiene standard but again the practice never managed to fail me). I was asked to make a follow up appointment and was allocated another appointment within the next week. All in all I am extremely pleased with the service. So much that I have recommend all of my family and friends to register here!

My dental visit/treatment over the past couple of months has been outstanding. The practice and staff’s customer care and complete professionalism especially during the current circumstances. They have provided me the highest standard of care. From booking an appointment, confirmation by text of the appointment, to walking through the door, sanitising. My treatment/procedure was explained in full detail and carried out with complete care along with after care advice , I can’t praise my practice enough! Without doubt a business working to the highest standard in these difficult times!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Richa. She is a fantastic dentist who is great at making sure her patients are well looked after. I just wish she could have carried my treatment on as I now am having an implant.
