Great hard working staff, with the best manager I have probably ever had working in health care.As a young lady of colour it’s never been easy to settle in a clinical environment without receiving racial abuse in a place of work I’ve never felt so welcomed and equal in such environment.As a person of colour I feel I can speak on the problems we face being the forefront of health care, nursing/Dr/support workers what we face can put fear and discomfort in our daily lives but at least when I come to work I feel safe, equal and respected.So I would like to dedicate this post to not only my amazing manager Donna ButThe clinic practitioners too.Everyone is phenomenal , they show genuine care to every patient that walks in. Im grateful to be part of such an amazing team. 🙏🏾

Without any exaggeration: this is the best dentist i have been ever internationally. Dr. Morva Rahim-Salehi and Nurse Donna are a Dreamteam and so caring. Before I went there i was a nervous wreck. I hated dentists, but they both made me feel calm and secure. Dr. Morva gives always her best and is super fast!! When i needed an emergency appointment they gave me one. Receptionists are also always super helpful and friendly! If i could give 10 stars, i would. Big fan! Now i literally love going there…no pain, no fear and much love😊😉👍🙌🏻

Sorry to bother anyone Im just trying to let people know if tjis is the correct dentist who had gardener who was with a young lad with pony tail he did not pay the young lad whos 19 for working so just wanted people to be aware becareful of hiring gardeners as they use young lads to help them and dont pay them If not the same place please disregard

Cannot thank the team at this dental surgery enough for their compassion when I had severe tooth pain! My dentist, Morva, has been (yet again!) amazing. She has always been so kind and considerate, and brilliant at explaining the situation and the options to you. You don't feel rushed either during an appointment. At this particular visit, she was able to see me on the day as an added extra, which I was incredibly grateful for, especially given the enormous pressure dental services are under at present. The whole team were very accommodating given I had my 4 week old baby with me for the appointment. Big thank you to Maher and Esha on reception for chatting away to me, and being sympathetic towards my situation and very reassuring. Another big thank you to Donna, who assisted Morva, she instantly put me at ease and was very welcoming in what was a stressful situation! Would highly recommend this dental surgery for their high level of care and friendly, welcoming attitude towards their patients. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Well where do I start... This practice is the best practice around. The dentists and all the nurses are so lovely,polite and very understanding. Me and my 3 kids arrived for our appointment on 14th May 2021 4.10pm I was dreading it due to it being our first time since all the pandemic started and also being my 21 month old daughters first visit. But it was fantastic even though we were there longer then expected (my son needed 2 fillings) but because he is so nervous and hates change he wouldn't allow the dentist to do them even though she explained everything that she was going to do and said he could have breaks during the treatment and she would stop whenever he wanted her too. I cant thank them enough for alk their work. I would also like to apologise for keeping you all working over your finish time,as we didn't get out till 5.30pm. Thank you again. I visited this practice today which I was dreading, I was greated by the receptionist she was so freindly and welcoming, when I saw the dentist she was so nice, explained to me what treatment I needed clearly and gave me choices which made me feel like I was in control of my treatment, she was so gentle my fears of the dentist just melted away, I don't understand why people are commenting badly about this practice I will defo be recommending them,

Just visited today for my first appointment during the pandemic. The staff were incredibly friendly and it felt very safe.

It was my first time going to the Bhandal practice today and I have to say that I had an excellent experience. All staff members were lovely and the service was brilliant. Thankyou to everyone.

My check up was very efficient and quick. Clear instructions in these difficult times and easy online forms to fill on before appointment so no hanging around unnecessarily. I have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. I totally recommend this dental practice and have been coming here for over 20 years.

Visited last week for an urgent appointment. Mr.Wiilliams and staff were excellent during very difficult Covid 19 times. Have been a patient for 20 years plus. Always professional and reassuring especially with my parents when an emergency situation arose in the past. Thank you.

Have been with this practice for several years and always had excellent treatment. But they excelled themselves today with their kind and patient treatment of my seven year old who needed 2 fillings. Both the dentist and hygienist went out of their way to talk him through every step, explaining what was going on and making sure he was happy. They were so lovely with him, I was very grateful. They were also happy to spend time answering my questions about what I could change at home to try and prevent further fillings. A fantastic, efficient and welcoming practise.
