Was at my wits end with recent, local dentists insisting that my tooth needed to be extracted and replaced with a very expensive dental implant. Decided to see Arslan, who works at both Gornal and Halesowen practices. He managed to suggest solutions and rectify my dental issue. He goes above and beyond, and exceeds patients expectations. He is highly experienced with exquisite knowledge and skills, coupled with excellent customer service. Best dentist in the Midlands, who cares about his patients teeth. A credit to the dentistry profession, puts other dentists to shame! I highly recommend!!

lovely people, easy to ring and get through as well & i feel really comfortable with the dentist! went for a check up and scaling & had my first ever filling & it was all good. Was numb for a few hours after but healthy teeth is non-negotiable, thanks so much! x

I had a dental emergency & was unable to secure an appointment with my registered dentist, I rang Bhandal Halesowen & spoke to their receptionist Tracey who was so supportive, sourcing various numbers all to no avail & eventually booking me an appointment with their dentist Arsalan. I was treated with such empathy & professionalism & was able to receive the treatment I needed. The staff at this practice are a credit to their community.

Use the Dentist Ali incredible Dentist been using him for years at Blackheath Dental practice now he's moved here does a great job and puts you completely at ease used to be really terrified going but now love going couldn't recommend enough. Thank you.

First of all I’d like to say how brilliant this dentist is. The staff are very welcoming, I saw alain a few weeks ago he is very friendly, he knows what he is talking about & puts you at ease. I’ve been to other dentists in the past that have been very rough or rush you. Alain is the best by far and I hope he stays at this practice as he is what makes coming here less stressful for everyone & can make you look forward to coming to the dentist.Thankyou Alain keep up the good work :)

Dentist was amazing. I hadn't been for a while due to a bad experience at another practice. Made me feel very at ease and relaxed. Would definitely recommend.

Alain was not able to treat my tooth as it had a complex issue with the root, he explained everything really well & in detail, he didn't leave it at that, he referred me on to another dentist in the Bhandal Group who carried the work out under the NHS who was excellent! I'm very grateful for this & having my tooth saved!

This review should of been written months ago .I have had the pleasure to have excellent professional care by Alain and dentist nurse. I had previously experienced very bad dental work for month and was very afraid to go to an over dentist even though I was in contest pain and was in contant pain at another practice not connected to this practice. Alain corrected everything to a high standard in a very short space of time. And wasn't in pain while procedures where carried out. Alain and staff are polite and very caring and take pride in their work. I highly recommend this surgery as Alain will be the only dentist I will allow to do work on my mouth in the future. I have check soon and I am not nervous or afraid, thank you Alain
